Mike is a Senior Manager in the Energy & Utilities practice at West Monroe Partners. Mike has experience working with utility companies for the past nine years, assisting them as they prepare for and execute the implementation of transformational Grid Modernization, Smart Water Technology, and Enterprise Asset Management projects.

Mike serves many roles for West Monroe Partner's clients, but he frequently serves in roles such as project management and project execution, systems integration/implementation, detailed training material development, and classroom based training execution. Mike has significant experience in the definition of client-specific smart grid system requirements, paired with the evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation of smart grid technology vendors.
